Taylor is a women’s fitness coach passionate about helping clients achieve real, lasting results. With years of experience designing structured gym programs and at-home workout plans tailored to women’s bodies, her approach focuses on strength training, progressive overload, glute development, upper-body sculpting, and metabolic conditioning. Taylor believes fitness is about more than aesthetics—it’s about building discipline, boosting confidence, increasing energy, and cultivating a mindset that carries into every area of life. Every program is designed with intention, strategy, and measurable results in mind. Sydney is a holistic, NASM-certified nutrition coach and former gymnast who specializes in women’s nutrition coaching and online support for fat loss and body recomposition. Her method combines macro-based nutrition, balanced meal planning, whole-food guidance, and hormone-supportive strategies to create sustainable, long-term change. Sydney’s philosophy emphasizes realistic, supportive coaching that helps clients feel fueled, strong, and empowered—without extreme dieting or restriction.
